Lehigh Valley Beer Week is a week-long celebration of the love of craft beer. Join the folks at the Spinnerstown Hotel Restaurant and Taproom and their Allagash rep. Katie Tella for a great evening of Allagash beers. They will also have a special toast with Suzy Woods. Start with a welcome beer and work your way through a delicious menu including duck confit tacos, coffee cocoa braised pork cheek, and coconut pound cake for the dessert course. The Wrightstown Farmers Market is open this Saturday, and will have all of their same great vendors, with fresh sweet greens, salad mix, spinach, baby kale, fresh carrots. Winter markets left include March 10th and 24th, and April 14th and 28th. Don’t forget to pick up some coffee, meat, dairy, bread, soaps and more.

3Vino Cocoa Weekend

4Dolcina Release Weekend

5Hopewell Theater + Siam Supper Club

Hopewell Theater has announced a partnership with Lambertville’s beloved Thai restaurant, Siam, which closed two years ago after thirty successful years in business. Siam will host a series of pop-up Supper Clubs before Theater shows featuring a menu of the most popular dishes from Siam. The supper will include a three-course meal: appetizer, choice of entree and dessert and is BYOB.

“We are thrilled to bring back some of Siam’s favorite dishes, followed by great entertainment,” says Sara Scully, executive director, Hopewell Theater. “Those who miss the traditional Thai dishes they enjoyed for three decades in Lambertville can find them at Hopewell Theater.”

The Supper Club will be held on Saturday at 6 pm before a screening of 2018 Oscar Nominated Animated Short Films. Tickets are $61.25 per person. The film portion of the ticket is discounted to the Member price for this event.

The February 24 Siam Supper Club menu will be a three-course meal featuring an appetizer of fresh spring rolls, choice of entree — either curry chicken or big noodles and Chinese broccoli with brown gravy with pork or vegetarian tofu, and coconut custard for dessert.

The Farm Cooking School (Saturday, April 7, 6 pm)  Save the date for a five-course meal sourced from Roots to River Farm and other nearby farms. Chefs Ian Knauer and Shelley Wiseman will also demonstrate some of the dishes before we eat!
