2. 3rd Annual Brews & Bites at Pennsbury Manor

Saturday, June 20 from 4 pm to 8 pm at Pennsbury Manor, 400 Pennsbury Memorial Road, Morrisville, PA

Brews & Bites at Pennsbury Manor

The Brews & Bites event has all the trappings of a traditional beer festival – 18 regional breweries pouring their finest brews, tasty food to snack on – but takes traditional to a whole new level. The festival has a historic twist, taking place on the 43 acre grounds at Pennsbury Manor, the 17th century estate, with a Brewfest Logochance to see 17th century beer brewing demonstrations, and tours of the gardens (where you’ll find hops growing) and the Manor House. It’s not too late to buy tickets, get them here.

3. Father’s Day Firehouse Breakfast

Sunday, June 21, times and locations listed below

Our local firehouses know the way to Dad’s heart is a good, no-nonsense breakfast.

4. Lunch in the Vineyard for Dads

Sunday, June 21, 12 pm to 2 pm, Crossing Vineyards & Winery, Wrightstown Road, Upper Makefield, PA

Spring comes to Crossing Vineyards

“Forget the bad ties and boring gift cards,” says Crossing Vineyards. Their alternative is lunch, wine and fun at their vineyard. The afternoon includes a hearty lunch among the vines, a wine flight (choose between white, red or sweet) and a tour of the winery. Reservations can be made by calling 215.493.6500 ext. 19.

5. BBQ, Beer and Booze!

Bucks County Brewery LogoSunday, June 21, 3 pm to 8 pm at Bucks County Brewery, 31 Appletree Lane, Pipersville, PA

cocktails at Hewn Spirits

Okay, so we said breakfast might be the way into Dad’s heart, but we may have to take that back. BBQ, Beer and Booze? Nothing screams “I love you, Dad,” more than those three things, combined (in our humble opinion, of course). There’s really no more description of the event necessary – BBQ, beer from Bucks County Brewery, and booze from Hewn Spirits are the stars of the day.

Have a great weekend!
