Bye, bye snow. Hello — dare we say it? — spring! And yes, Easter and Passover are THIS weekend. I know I’m not the only one saying, huh, what?? Not to worry. We’ve got you covered. See our post on where to go out for Easter brunch and dinner below. Also this week — homemade cinnamon buns, an oyster dinner and locals nights.
Easter Sunday: Make Your Reservations!
Who says you have to host Easter dinner this year? Try going out this Easter Sunday in Bucks County and neighboring New Jersey counties — plenty of restaurants are offering lovely brunches and dinners for the holiday. Here’s a look at what menus and meals are available this year [click here for our Easter guide].
Cinnamon Bun Bake Sale
Sweet, sticky, a bit nutty. These are the cinnamon buns you want to eat hot out of the oven with a steaming cup of morning coffee.
This could be your breakfast if you stop by the Central Bucks Senior Center to buy some of their fresh-baked cinnamon buns, handmade daily by the members of the center. You can pick them up all this week beginning on Tuesday, March 27.
Enjoy the buns plain, with raisins or nuts, or both. Learn more about the sale here or call the center for more information. Save some for the Easter weekend, or eat them all as soon as you get home!
