Pairing Beer and Cheese 101

Pairing Beer and Cheese 101 at Neshaminy Creek Brewing Company

Do you love cheese and beer? Do you love trying new pairings with beer and cheese? Neshaminy Creek Brewing Co. in Croydon, PA would like to invite you to join Philadelphia cheesemonger Matt Buddah and the crew at NCB for an educational and fun night of cheese and beer pairings this Wednesday, March 14.

Your ticket includes a cheese plate made up of four locally crafted cheeses, with condiments, and a flight of NCBC’s seasonal beers. They will guide you through each cheese, describing the style, the farm, the tasting notes, and the appropriate condiments. After the event, there will be plenty time to sip a couple more beers and buy some local cheese to take home to try your own pairing experiments.

Did you know? We’ve got some amazing cheesemakers in Bucks County and New Jersey. Here’s where you’ll find them [CLICK HERE].
