Marry delicious pizza with some of the area’s best chefs and what do you get? Liberty Hall Pizza, the new Neapolitan pizzeria in Lambertville, is hosting a “Guest Pizzaiolo” series, where guest chefs take over Liberty Hall’s pizza oven for a night and introduce one-of-a-kind specialty pizzas.

It all begins on Tuesday, February 24 with the Stockton Inn’s Chef Alan Heckman creating pizza with Bison Short Rib with Caramelized Onions, Black River Blue Cheese, Chives and Aged Balsamic Vinegar.

Chefs Ian Knauer and Shelley Wiseman of Farm Cooking SchoolThe series, which will take place every other Tuesday, continues on March 10 with Chefs Ian Knauer and Shelley Wiseman of The Farm Cooking School in Stockton, NJ, followed by Chef Max Hansen of Max Hansen Caterer and Max Hansen Carversville (PA) Grocery on March 24.

“I’m really excited to work with some of the top chefs in the region,” said Chris Bryan. “Most of the chefs I’ve met have either made pizza at some point in their career, or simply love pizza. I’m eager to learn from these Guest Pizzaiolos, and have some fun teaching them how to make authentic Neapolitan pizza.” The entire Liberty Hall Pizza menu will also be available along with the guest chef pizzas.
