7 things you gotta do in Bucks this weekend (June 1 – 4)

I love early June. It’s not too hot, you can finally dine outside, and evening strolls are warm and pleasant. Plus, there’s all the summer produce that’s starting to pop up at area farmers markets.

This weekend, you’ll find all your favorite veggies and fruits at the market. Since it’s the first Friday of the month, many towns are celebrating with their “First Fridays” too.

Several Bucks County restaurants have some fun early summer events this week. Sip on some local beers, eat some fajitas and margaritas, and head to Solebury Trinity for delicious lobster!

Events are listed in chronological order

1. Lower Makefield Farmers Market

Thursday, June 1, 3:30 – 6:30 pm, Veterans Square Park, Edgewood Rd. at Heacock Rd., PA

This week, you can also buy a zucchini plant for $1. Then, on August 10, come back to the market for the Zucchini Races! More on that later…for now, shop local and stock up on fresh items for the week!Bucks County Taste's 2017 Farmers Market Guide

Kick off Friday with four selections of River Horse Brewing Company’s beers this weekend at the Washington House in Sellersville.
