1. Bluegrass & Blueberries Festival
10 am to 6 pm on Saturday and Sunday, July 11-12 at Peddler’s Village, Lower York Road, Lahaska, PA
Just this morning, I told my mom I’d bought too many blueberries, to which she replied, “There’s no such thing as too many blueberries.” (She’s a smart lady). If you share this sentiment, you better hightail it to Peddler’s Village this weekend for their annual Bluegrass & Blueberries Festival. There will be bluegrass. There will be blueberries. Also, food trucks, games, and music. Need we say more?
2. Hewn Spirit’s new store
Second location: Hewn Spirits, Store #42, Peddler’s Village, Lower York Road, Lahaska, PA
Hewn Spirits has quietly opened their second location, this one in Peddler’s Village (their first is off the beaten path, in Pipersville, where they share a space with Bucks County Brewery). The new store comes just in time for the release of their own (Pennsylvania) Bourbon, which they’re selling in addition to their rum, moonshine and rye whiskey.

3. 5th Annual Beers for a Cure
Saturday, July 11 from 1 pm to 4 pm at MOM’s Maxwell’s On Main, North Main Street, Doylestown, PA
Craft breweries on site, beer ice cream from OWowCow Creamery, and a delicious buffet of MOM’s food, all to benefit the Michael Napoleone Memorial Foundation for Pediatric Cancer. Last year they raised over $8,000. Buy your tickets here or at the door. Cheers!
4. Summer Pig Roast
Sunday, July 12 from 1 pm to 4 pm at Sand Castle Winery, 775 River Road, Tinicum, PA
Gorgeous location, great wine, and an old-fashioned pig roast. What more could you want?! Don’t miss out… grab your tickets now before they sell out.
Have a great weekend!
