Want to go out for Easter this year? Bucks is full of restaurants offering lovely brunches and dinners for the holiday. And we’re not just talking ham. There is some very creative and delicious food being offered out there. Peruse the choices below and click-through to the menus where available.

Easter is Sunday, April 5 this year.

The list is organized geographically by Lower, Central and Upper Bucks, and New Jersey.

Lower Bucks

Easter_Fisher's Tudor HouseFisher’s Tudor House (Bensalem) is offering both an Easter Brunch and Easter Dinner. Brunch will be served from 11:30 am until 2 pm (three seatings, at 11:30 am, 12 pm, and 12:30 pm) featuring a chef-attended omelette station and a Belgium waffle station, with hot and cold breakfast and lunch specialties. Cost is $31.99 per adult, $12.99 for children 3 – 10 years old. Click here to buy tickets. La Stalla Restaurant (Newtown) has an extensive Easter Sunday Buffet Brunch, seating from 10 am to 2:30 pm. Easter Dinner seatings begin at 3 pm. Call 215.579.8301 for more details.

The Yardley Inn Restaurant and Bar (Yardley) will be serving Easter dinner from 1 – 7:30 pm with a special holiday menu including crab cakes, smoked ham, seared lamb chops and even roasted brisket with spinach kugel, plus a Cadbury cream egg cheesecake (see the full menu here). In addition, they will have a full bar, cocktails with fresh-squeezed juice and a jellybean martini. Pricing is a la carte. For reservations, call 215.493.3800.

Central Bucks

GoldmanCaleb’s American Kitchen (Lahaska) is offering a three course all-inclusive brunch that includes a Bloody Mary/Mimosa Bar (BYO) and a basket of assorted muffins. Menu items include: Potato Crusted Frittata, NOLA Bananas Foster French Toast, Crab Cakes, Grilled Salmon, Chicken Crepe, and Steak and Eggs. Brunch starts at 9 am and goes until 3 pm. Jamie Hollander Gourmet Foods (New Hope) has an extensive catering menu available for both Easter and Passover. Cooking and heating instructions are included with all orders at pick-up. All Easter orders must be placed before 3 pm on March 31. Allow 3 days before a Passover meal. At Peddler’s Village in Lahaska, the options are varied.

  • The Buttonwood Grill  will be serving Easter Brunch from 10 am to 2 pm with “made to order” stations of fresh ham and slow roasted prime rib, artisanal bread, soups, salads, pastries, and desserts.   • The Cock ‘n Bull is offering a traditional Easter Brunch Buffet from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. The Dinner Buffet will be served from 3 pm to 6 pm. The cost for adults is $34.95 and children (10 & under) $15.95. Reservations are required. The Brunch and Dinner Buffet menus are available on their website.

At the Pineville Tavern (Pineville) Easter dinner will be served all day from noon until 10 pm. Reservations will be accepted for parties of 8 or more. We’ll know more about this year’s menu soon; specials from last year included: Italian Wedding Soup, Spring Spinach Salad – Topped with Grilled Shrimp, Hard Boiled Eggs & Warm Bacon Dressing, Roast Rack of Lamb with Mustard Crust and Au Gratin Potatoes, Homemade Lasagna with Meatball, Baked Trout Almondine and Honey Baked Ham with Au Gratin Potatoes. Slate Bleu (Doylestown) will open on Easter at 1 pm, offering their usual “bistro plate” menu throughout the day with additions for Easter, including: Sliced Leg of Lamb and Oven Roasted Ham. In the early afternoon, they will also offer several brunch items such as Eggs Benedict, Homemade Brioche French Toast. Call 215.348.0222.

The Vintage Grille is open for Easter, serving their a la carte breakfast menu with some special Easter additions from 8 am to 1 pm, and an Easter dinner menu from 1 pm to 8 pm. Complimentary Mimosas. Contact them at 215.348.4850.

Upper Bucks

GoldenPheasant_window roomThe Golden Pheasant (Erwinna) will be serving a three course prix fixe Easter Champagne brunch from 10:30 am to 2pm. Easter Dinner will begin at 3 pm and is a la carte. We’ll have more information about the menus very soon. Call 610.294.9595 for reservations.

Jamison Publick House (Pennsburg) will be open for Easter lunch and dinner from 12 pm to 5 pm. Located amongst the back roads of northern Bucks County in Pennsburg, the Jamison Publick House is only ten minutes from Quakertown. Contact them at 215.375.8886 for reservations.

The Rising Sun Inn (Telford) will be seating Easter Brunch from 10 am to 2 pm ($20.95 per adult, $10.95 per child), and Easter Dinner from 3 pm to 7 pm (a la carte). See their website for more information or call them at 215.721.6350.

New Jersey

Hamilton’s Grill Room (Lambertville) is serving an Easter buffet brunch from noon to 4 pm. More details on their menu for this year will be added soon. Cost is $40 per person. Call 609.397.4343 for reservations.
