Valentine’s Day is coming. Quick—where’s the nearest Macy’s? What was that watch he liked again? And what about the reservations? Where will we eat? Stop the madness!
The only thing you should be going crazy over is each other, and of course, where you will be dining out on February 14. Valentine’s Day shouldn’t be about the gifts, but it definitely should be about the food. It’s an excuse to eat, and restaurants and other eateries in Bucks County are putting on quite a feast for lovebirds.
The Black Bass Hotel will have a 3-course prix fixe menu for $79.50 per person on Sunday, February 14 or $59.50 per person on Monday, February 15. The menu includes their famous Charleston Meeting Street Crab and other tasty sounding dishes like a house-smoked duck breast with confit agnolotti and horseradish stuffed shrimp. Caleb’s American Kitchen will have a 3-course, prix fixe menu for $65 per person. Their special menu includes lobster, beef filet, and pan seared sea bass filet and even a grilled tofu dish. Dinner is served on Friday, February 12 until Sunday, February 14. Included in the meal is the Valentine’s Sundae for Two, a dessert made with a Pierre’s Chocolates of New Hope dark chocolate shell. Crossing Vineyards and Winery in Washington Crossing will host a romantic candlelit Valentine’s Dinner at 7 pm on February 13 and February 14. The dinner includes a five-course gourmet meal and a bottle of house wine per couple. Cost: $89 per person plus tax (gratuity not included), and menu substitutions may be arranged in advance.
Fisher’s Tudor House is doing something different—they’ll be hosting a Valentine’s Day Murder Mystery Dinner on Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14. Enjoy the show and your meal of dishes like stuffed flounder or chicken pizziola. Vegetarian options included. The full menu and information on the show can be found here. Hamilton’s Grill Room will have a 4-course prix fixe dinner complete with a champagne toast for $70 per person. View the menu here. They’ll also have their annual Chocolate Valentine Dinner which is $40 per person and BYOB. Email them to make reservations because Open Table will not let you reserve a spot for this dinner. The Hattery Stove & Still is hosting a 4-course prix fixe meal for $60 per person. Reservations are available Saturday, February 13 and Sunday, February 14. Or, try the Chef’s Valentine’s Menu for two which includes a 7-course meal with or without wine pairing. Total is $350 per couple. You can add a night’s stay for $125/night. Karlton Cafe
is having a cooking class for Valentine’s day, but the men will be doing the cooking. Join Chef AJ as he walks you through preparing a meal for you Valentine, and then take home the romantic dinner for two. The menu includes stuffed lobster tail, filet, au gratin potatoes and toasted asparagus. Plus receive a complimentary dessert for two and fresh berries to add to champagne. The class is from 3:30 – 5 pm on Sunday, February 14. The Cafe is located on 310 W. Broad Street, Quakertown. Reserve your spot here.

Logan Inn is doing a “more than just dinner” celebration. Enjoy dinner and stay for two! Stay from Saturday, February 13 to Sunday, February 14. Martine’s RiverHouse Restaurant will have a 4-course prix fixe dinner for $180 per couple. Martine’s is located at 14 East Ferry Street, New Hope. Make your reservation by calling 215.862.2966.
McCoole’s at the Historic Red Lion Inn is having a Valentine’s Day Party with a select menu in their restaurant and Art & Events place. A Swinging Affair, a Frank Sinatra tribute band, will set the mood. McCoole’s is at the intersection of Broad and Main Streets in Quakertown. Call them at 215.538.1776 for for reservations.
NaBrasa Brazilian Steakhouse is offering complimentary champagne and chocolate covered strawberries to go along with their usual Rodizio dinner. They have 15 cuts of meat and fish to choose from and 40 hot and cold salad bar options, so this should suit a wide variety of palates. NaBrasa is located at 680 North Easton Road, Horsham. New Hope Winery in New Hope will host a four-course Valentine’s Day dinner on February 14 from 1 – 4 pm. The meal features four wines pairings. Musician Kara Lia will perform. Cost is $75.
None Such Farm Market in Buckingham is having a Valentine’s Day Eve dinner on the porch by None Such Chefs Tracey Czajkowski and Mark Czajkowski on Saturday, February 13 at 7 pm. There are only 48 seats available on the Farm Market Porch. Check out the full menu here. Tickets are $75 each or $280.00 for a four-pack of tickets. It’s also BYOB. The Raven in New Hope is having a Valentine’s Day dinner for $79 per person. It’s a 3-course meal with dessert, with a range of course choices like whipped chicken liver pâté, Escargot, shrimp bisque, and more. Call 215.862.2081 to make reservations.
The Rising Sun Inn is having a four course dinner for two for $75. Make reservations for Saturday, February 13 or Sunday February 14. The Inn is located on 898 Allentown Road in Telford, which is technically in Montgomery County but really close to Bucks.
Sand Castle Winery is having a sweetheart wine pairing from 1 – 4 pm on Sunday, February 14. Enjoy an afternoon of wine and food with your loved one. Tickets are $40 per person. Food includes items like lobster bisque or filet mignon, and one of the courses is an apple pear bleu cheese salad. Dessert is a course as well! Valentine’s Day Winery Specials
- Buckingham Valley Vineyards is offering “Labels of Love” from February 1 to February 14. Choose from a dozen different Valentine’s Day theme labels on bottles of Pink Champagne for $12.50 per bottle. Labels can be personalized with a name for an additional $1.
- Peace Valley Winery will release a new wine called “Strawberry Passion” just in time for Valentine’s Day. This sweet white wine features natural strawberry and comes in a 500ml heart-shaped bottle. It will be available on February 10.
- Rose Bank Winery will be highlighting its Raspberry Secret and Chocolate Orange Port the first two weeks of February. Special pricing will be offered with a Brix chocolate and wine purchase.
- Unami Ridge Winery will offer its popular Blushing wine for Valentine’s Day.
