Sample, Caramel Kitchen

Easter is one of those holidays where everyone has a different tradition. I asked several friends what they do, and eat, for Easter Sunday. I heard glazed ham, lamb, lemon cake, and even pasta. I had a friend tell me for her Greek Easter tradition they eat what is called Mayiriritsa soup.

Whatever your traditions, hopefully it was all good. Now, it’s time to press on into the week and welcome all the plants and flowers that are trying to grow. Let’s think warm thoughts, and maybe the sun will stay consistent. At least there’s food to be eaten this week!
