4 things you gotta do in Bucks this weekend (December 30 – January 1)

To say that 2016 was not such a great year is an understatement. The past week alone has been filled with unexpected celebrity deaths, and family deaths, and I think everyone is ready to see this year hit the road. People say seven is a lucky number, so maybe we will have just a bit of luck on our side in this New Year.

This weekend, there’s a few things to check out before you ring in 2017. Enjoy some champagne, visit the gingerbread house display one last time, and say farewell to the old. If you still need a place to party for NYE, check out our full guide on what’s happening on New Year’s Eve in Bucks County and nearby.

Events are listed in chronological order

1. Champagne & Sparkling Wine Tasting

Got meat?

We’ve already ordered our strip steaks and sirloin for New Year’s Eve from Haring Brothers, just north of Doylestown. Are you ready? See our list of where you can purchase good meat, including pasture-raised beef, pork and chicken, in Bucks County. We’ll also be stopping by Altomonte’s to pick up some apps and cheeses. Yum.
