When Thanksgiving rolls around, there’s both excitement, hunger, and maybe a little bit of panic. How to prepare the perfect meal and fill everyone’s bellies? Ditch the roasting, cooking and baking this year, and don’t feel guilty. In Bucks County and surrounding areas there are SO many restaurants offering great Thanksgiving meals. Here’s an extensive list we’ve prepared for you (so you can do even less work).

Bella Tori at the Mansion in Langhorne: Thanksgiving Buffet from 11 am to 5 pm for $32 for adults and $16 for children. See their website for the full menu.

The Black Bass Hotel: A seven-course dinner served from noon to 8:30 pm for $72.50. The full menu can be found on their website. The inn is at 3774 River Road in Lumberville. Phone: 215.297.9260.

The Brick Hotel in Newtown: Gourmet Thanksgiving Brunch, adults $38.95  and for children, $19.95, 11:00 am to 7 pm. See their website for more menu details and call 215.860.8313 for reservations.

The Brick Tavern Inn in Quakertown: Thanksgiving dinner from 12-6 pm, with a special Thanksgiving menu complete with kids menu (and desserts!). See a full menu here. Call 215.529.6488 to make reservations.

The Buck Hotel in Feasterville.“Family Style” Thanksgiving dinner from 1-6 pm. Price for adults is $49.95 (plus tax and gratuity) and $24.95 for children. In order to secure your reservation, a deposit is required within 48 hours. Seating will be decided by the number of people in your party. Parties of six or more have a two-hour time limit starting at the time of their reservation, not when all guests have arrived. They ask that you arrive on time. Also at the hotel, you can get Thanksgiving to-go so you can watch the Eagles vs. Lions football game. Starts at 12:30 pm and you can call 215.396.2002 ext. 1 to reserve the meal. Cost is $155.00 plus tax, and it serves 8-10 people. Start a new tradition!

The Centre Bridge Inn in Centre Bridge/New Hope: Thanksgiving dinner in their lovely dining room overlooking the Delaware. Prices go from $32.95 to $44.95 depending on entrée choice. See more details at their website. Please call 215.862.9139 for reservations.

The Golden Pheasant Inn in Erwinna: Special a la carte menu for the day including Chef Michel’s Traditional Onion Soup, Dungeness Crab Cakes, House Smoked Rainbow Trout, Grilled Lancaster County Beef Strip Steak, Bolton Farms Slow Roasted Turkey, Butternut Squash Ravioli and more. La Stalla in Newtown: Thanksgiving meal begins at 1 pm. You can also get Thanksgiving take-out which serves 10-15 people. Give them a call at 215.579.8301.

Marsha Browns in New Hope: Also a three-course Thanksgiving meal, $39.95 for adults and $14.95 for kids 12 and under. Call 215.862.7044 to save your spot. They also are selling sides to-go, like sweet potato casserole and twice baked potato soufflé, for $25.95 (it serves 8-10 people).

Martine’s River House in New Hope: A traditional Thanksgiving turkey dinner special with some items from their regular menu as well, from 1 pm to 6 pm. Call 215.86.2966 to make reservations. Martine’s is on the river at 14 E. Ferry Street. 

naBrasa, the Brazilian steakhouse in Horsham: Traditional Brazilian Rodizio cuts plus skewered turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing and all of the Thanksgiving trimmings. Dinner from 1 – 7 pm, $44.95 per person. Contact them for reservations at 215.956.0600.

Rising Sun Inn in Telford: A traditional Thanksgiving meal as well as other dishes of bison, crab, and lobster, from 1 – 6 pm. Full menu with pricing is here, and kids 12 and under get special pricing. 

The Temperance House in Newtown: Prix fixe menu with options including a full Thanksgiving dinner, roasted duck, pecan encrusted salmon, and even Chicken Wellington (which I highly recommend). See a full menu here.

The Washington Crossing Inn in Washington Crossing: Thanksgiving Dinner Buffet that includes Roasted Turkey, Prime Rib, and Scottish Salmon, delicious side dishes like braised brussels sprouts and maple glazed sweet potato, and an assortment of pies. Dinner is $44 per person for adults, $24 for kids ages 4 through 10, and kids under 4 eat for free. To make reservations, call 877.882.1776.

The Yardley Inn Restaurant and Bar in Yardley: The menu for the holiday includes a variety of entrées, including turkey, salmon, filet, crab cakes, lamb, scallops, pork tenderloin and vegetarian gnudi. Reservations are strongly recommended as they usually fill up on Thanksgiving (seating is from 1 – 7 pm). You can find the Yardley Inn at the corner of Afton Ave. and River Rd. in Yardley. The Frenchtown Inn in Frenchtown: Thanksgiving Dinner from 12 – 5 pm. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made online or by phone at 908.996.3300.

Hamilton’s Grill Room in Lambertville: A five-course Thanksgiving Family Dinner, served from 1 to 5 pm, for $55 per person. Entrée choices include Turkey, Salmon, Roast Beef and all the traditional sides, plus dessert. Call the restaurant for more information and reservations at 609.397.4343. Hamilton’s is at 8 Coryell St. in Lambertville. And don’t forget, they are also BYOB.

The Lambertville Station Restaurant in Lambertville: A la carte menu on Turkey Day from 11 am until 8:00 pm. Reservations can be made at 609.397.8300. At the Inn at Lambertville Station in the Riverside Ballroom they will have a Thanksgiving Buffet with seatings from 12 pm to 7:30 pm. Call 609.397.4400 for reservations. The restaurant and Inn are at 11 Bridge St. in Lambertville.

The Brick Tavern Inn in Quakertown will be offering a full meal including sliced roast turkey, homemade stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, chef’s vegetables, cranberry sauce, house salad with champagne vinaigrette dressing and rolls for $13.95 per person. Empanada MamaPumpkin Empanada
in Doylestown is obviously known for their unique take on empanadas. While they will be closed for Thanksgiving and the day after, they are taking orders up until November 23 for their special Thanksgiving empanadas, including new flavors like chicken pot pie, turkey special, and even pumpkin pie empanadas. They keep for three days in the fridge and you can pick them up the day before Thanksgiving from 11 am – 7 pm. To order, call 215.230.3330 or 267.809.5269.

Fisher’s Tudor House in Bensalem has a Thanksgiving Dinner package including turkey, soup, side dishes desserts, gravy, pumpkin bread and dinner rolls. You can also get a spiral cut baked ham. Reheating instructions are included. Price is $18.49 per person + 6% PA Sales Tax (minimum of 10 people). All orders must be placed and paid for online by 4 pm Sunday, November 22. Pick up the order between 11 am – 6 pm on Wednesday, November 26. See their website for ordering and information.

Hickory Kitchen in Doylestown has Thanksgiving comfort food with a BBQ twist. Why do regular Thanksgiving when you can have it smoked? You can order a la carte whole smoked turkeys (10-25 lbs.) or smoked turkey breasts, pulled pork, sliced brisket, pulled chicken, and smoked sausage. Sides include: cornbread, beans with meat, applesauce, collard greens, sweet potato casserole and more. Biscuits, rolls and desserts are also available. Thanksgiving orders must be placed by Sunday, November 21. Everything will be available for pick up on Wednesday, November 25 (open 11 am – 8 pm). All items that require re-heating will be packed in oven ready pans for Thanksgiving Thursday. Their Holiday Catering Program is available through New Year’s. Jamie Hollander’s Gourmet Foods in New Hope has a full Thanksgiving menu for take-out, including a whole roasted turkey, roasted turkey breast, stuffed turkey breast or ham. Everything on their menu below is made with care using the freshest, all-natural (and often local) ingredients. Turkeys are all-natural and Certified Humane. The whole turkey is brined and stuffed with aromatic herbs and vegetables, trussed, then slow roasted. Turkeys are available brined (raw) or roasted, ready to serve ($5.99 lb.). Exact weight will vary from turkey to turkey. Includes gravy. Over 1/2 dozen traditional side dishes and soup available too, as well as traditional condiments, pastries and party platters. They will also sell their homemade gravy by the quart and have prepared foods for last-minute shoppers (but to be sure, order ahead). Orders need to be in by Friday, November 2o, 7 pm. Max Hansen Catering is offering a full a la carte take-out menu for the holiday out of the Carversville General Store. Choices include Murrays Turkeys, an assortment of traditional sides, gravy and sauces, chutney and raita, salads and appetizers, their famous green bean casserole and, of course, dessert including pies. It is a feast that serves 8-10 people. Pick up is on Wednesday, November 25 and a 50% deposit is requested at the time of ordering. Click here for menu details. Call them at: 215.297.5353. Matt’s Red Rooster Grill in Flemington, NJ is offering a Thanksgiving dinner package with a la carte items like smoky bacon creamed corn or pumpkin cheesecake, and more, all without the cooking. Thanksgiving pick-up orders must be placed by Wednesday, November 18 and pick-up on Tuesday, November 24 or Wednesday, November 25.

Milford Oyster House in Milford, NJ will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. The following items are offered for take out: cranberry orange relish; $6 for a pint and $12 for a quart, applesauce; $5 for a pint and $10 for a quart, coleslaw; $5 for a pint and $10 for a quart, smoked salmon platter; $25 per pound, shrimp cocktail; $30 per dozen, smoked turkey breast; $35 for 12 people, and scalloped oysters; $60 for 10 people. The day after Thanksgiving, they will be hosting their Celebration of Oysters and Champagne. Place order for take out food by Wednesday, November 18 at 6 pm. Pick up is November 25. 

Snipes Farm in Morrisville is having a little pre-Thanksgiving with a Thanksgiving Market on Tuesday, November 24. From 2-6 pm there will be holiday pies, cider and fresh veggies. To reserve a pie or two, call 215.295.1139, ext. 102.

Sprig & Vine Vegan Restaurant in New Hope is offering a vegan a la carte take out menu for Thanksgiving. Menu features ten different dishes, including Cauliflower-Sweet Potato Bisque, Heirloom Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Seitan, Porcini-Cashew-Herb Gravy, Pumpkin Cheesecake and more! All dishes are available in various portion sizes, perfect for individuals or large families. Pickup is on Tuesday November 24 and Wednesday November 25. Menu is available here. Tabora Farm & Orchard offers a Country Style Thanksgiving Dinner for $24.99 per person which includes choice of three entrees—Traditional Roast Turkey or Baked Virginia Ham with Pineapple Glaze or Seafood Dinner Salmon with crab cake—a choice of five starters, fifteen side dishes and 6 oz. gravy, 2 dinner rolls, and homemade cranberry sauce. Don’t forget the pie! Tabora makes nineteen types of pies, most for $12.99. See their website for complete information. Tabora Farm is in Chalfont.
