Grassfed beef is absolutely delicious. I often go to Birchwood Farms in Newtown for their large selection, raw dairy, and very tasty ice cream.
Does anyone know where I can find fresh, unfrozen grass-fed beef, possibly a local butcher?
-Mike
Good question, Mike. I’m drawing a blank. I know we’ve asked at Haring Bros. in the past, and I don’t think they are “convinced” about grass-fed beef. If you come up with anything, please let me know.
