The weather wasn’t terrible this week, so I managed to squeeze in a few after-work runs, just before the sun sets. Lately, I’ve really been missing those warm, spring evenings. And, I’m missing those afternoons where you can sit on a restaurant porch and bask in the sun with a drink (iced tea, gin, etc.).
Although you might want to bundle up and stay indoors, we’ve gathered a few food and wine filled events happening in Bucks County this weekend. Pick up some authentic cannolis, make fresh cheese at home, and pair your favorite cookies with a glass of wine.

Yikes. It’s December. Although it may not feel like December weather-wise, this weekend kicks off the holiday season. This month is filled with lighting trees, breakfasts with Santa, winter produce, and holiday dinners.
Eat your way through this weekend with Foodie First Friday, holiday brews, and several holiday food festivals. Stay tuned for our post […]
When I picture the end of August, I think of cool breezes, late night BBQs, those final trips to the beach, and a nice, crisp glass of wine. There’s nothing like sitting outside with a bottle of white wine or a refreshing rosé, paired perfectly with good company (like your furry friends).
Thankfully, we live near […]
Happy August! Where is the summer going? Wasn’t it just yesterday we were planning the first BBQ of the season? We still have some time, and there are plenty of events this week where you can get some end-of-summer grub. Don’t forget, corn and peaches are finally here, along with other favorite […]
Happy Monday! After a jam-packed weekend filled with foodie events and festivals, this week at first appears like we are in a food drought — but not if you know where to look. If you want to go out this week and experience a good meal (or two) check out our roundup below.
There’s nothing like a cold beer or a nice glass of wine paired perfectly with a good meal. If you’re looking for a relaxing night out with friends or the significant other, there are a few prix fixe dinners this week, complete with paired adult beverages. There are also a few other events prepared just for you […]

Happy Memorial Day, Bucks County! While you are busy eating potato salad, and burgers straight from the grill, don’t forget to take time to thank the men and women who have served our country. After all, their help is what allows us to celebrate with fireworks, BBQ, and all the other fun summer activities we […]
We have a confession to make. Bucks County isn’t the best place to eat and dine.
April Fools! Well, technically April Fools day is tomorrow, but I am looking forward to pranking people. Have you ever done a really crazy April Fools day prank? One time, I had my friend call my dad pretending he […]
What’s all the fuss about a Leap Year? A Leap Year is 366 days and it only comes once every four years. So let’s really enjoy the last days of February – especially February 29! Here are our picks for the weekend.
Finally! A weekend without snow, and with some “warm” weather. Start off the weekend tonight with some Southern brews, learn how to tap maple syrup and then go eat some pancakes. Oh, and get a pizza “wit whiz” too. It’s all here in Bucks County and nearby Hunterdon County. Enjoy the weekend!
Mark your calendar this week for some of the delicious food events going on in Bucks County. In particular, there is one very special day this week and it’s one we should all remember and take time to observe.
That special event is Veterans Day, which occurs this Wednesday, November 11. In honor of Veterans Day, there are tons of restaurants […]
Yes, Halloween is dominating the fall “headlines,” but there’s much more to eat and drink in Bucks County and nearby before Halloween. Enjoy some harvest festivals, wine dinners and more this weekend.
