Thanks for the tip on Geromes, Patty. I do know of it - I clipped an advertisement out months ago - and have been meaning to get over there. Sounds wonderful. Hmmn...maybe today. We're doing a barbecue this weekend.

Not sure if you've heard of Geromes Sausage Company and hoping to let you know about a great find. Many years ago I worked in Bristol Boro and used to buy the absolutely best sausage at a small store. The store must have closed and I hadn't heard of them in years. Just found out the company has re-opened on Woodbourne Rd. Levittown (about one minute south of Oxford Valley Mall). It is in a small strip shopping center - just a tiny store that can fit about 3 customers. I stopped last week and purchased 6 varieties of sausage. Soooo good, the best quality. My two favorites were Broccoli Rabe/Provolone, & Greek - it has olives & feta. I think they actually make at least a dozen varieties. Just wonderful flavors & texture.
I think they are developing a website, but there was nothing on it yet.
Really worth the ride to Lower Bucks! I can't wait to go back and buy more to try on the grill this time.
