Congratulations to our guest blogger, Elisabeth Villarroel and her husband, Carlos, on the birth of their first child. Charles Joseph arrived this morning at 12:10 am at a healthy 7 lbs. 2 oz. All our best to the little one, Mom and Dad. Welcome to the internet, Charlie!
