Whether you are looking for ingredients to cook the ultimate Valentine’s Day dinner, or maybe you just need an original foodie-approved gift, the Wrightstown Winter Farmers Market is your one-stop-shop this weekend.
Your favorite vendors will be there with produce, meats, breads, chocolates, plus local products by Lower Mountain Road Pottery, Marie’s Soaps, and WoodsEdge Farm. Honor the hours of 10 am – 12 pm, because the space is tight and the vendors need to unload all the goodies!
5. Sunday Gravy at the Mansion Inn
Sunday, February 12, The Mansion Inn, 9 South St., New Hope, PA
Music, wine, comfort food—that’s all I’m looking for on a Sunday evening. Let Royal T’s at the Mansion Inn in New Hope cook you a tasty “Sunday Gravy” dinner, as part of their recurring locals night, every Sunday from 3 pm until close. Enjoy music from Sinatra, Italian wine, braciole and spaghetti, and huge, thin, “pizza style chicken parm.” It’s a great locals deal!
If you can’t make it to dinner, head to the Mansion Inn for their unique spin on traditional brunch items. Blueberry lemon pistachio pancakes, mushroom toast, the “Philly Benedict,” and their tasty French Onion “soup” dumplings are just a few of the tasty items on the menu. Let us know what you try, and be sure to tell the guys at the inn that we sent you!
6. Daddy & Me, Mommy & Me V-Day Date Night
Sunday, February 3, 4 – 7 pm, Andale Latino Grill, 144 East St. Rd., Feasterville, PA
Who said your Valentine’s Day dinner date has to be an adult? Take your little one out to enjoy a special evening filled with food and plenty of reasons to make new memories. At the Andale Latino Grill this Sunday, February 12 between 4 – 7 pm, kids meals are $10 and this includes dinner, drink and a dessert for free. Adults are regular price (sorry parents!).
Never been to this restaurant? It’s a Latin restaurant that serves up all your favorites using local ingredients to keep things fresh. Build your own bowl or burrito, adding things like aji sauce, corn salsa, grilled veggies, black-eyed peas, and of course, guacamole.
7. Shady Brook Farm Veggies
Saturday and Sunday, 8 am – 6 pm and 9 am – 3 pm, Shady Brook Farm, 931 Stony Hill Rd., Yardley, PA
Pick up some fresh veggies this weekend for your meal prep, or for your Valentine’s Day dinner! Shady Brook Farm is offering half off all their fresh veggies. After all, one of the best ways to stay healthy this winter is to eat fresh, local produce. Now through February 28, their veggies will be 50% off. Get them while they are fresh!
Have a great weekend!
