The quintessential mid-atlantic breakfast meat will be given the royal treatment here, dolled up by the festival’s chefs, who have ushered scrapple into the realm of fine dining with variations including buffalo, duck, rattlesnake, goose, antelope and rabbit scrapple, and even a dessert scrapple. Wash it down with sparkling wine from Reichsrat von Buhl. Get tickets here.
