1. Friday Freestyle Flights of Wine

Fri, Aug 28, 5 – 10 pm at The Washington House, 136 N. Main Street, Sellersville

Wines at the Washington House

End the workweek with wine tasting at The Washington House. Freestyle Flights of Wine happens on the fourth Friday of each month. That means Friday, August 28, you can create your own tasting flight by choosing four different wines from a list of 20 wines for only $10. Each taste is 1 ½ oz. and the four together is the equivalent of a six-ounce glass of wine. It’s perfect for those who just can’t choose what to drink, or a chance to try a new wine.

Fri, Aug 28, 4 – 9 pm at the Central Bucks Family YMCA, 2500 Lower State Road, Doylestown

Food Truck Friday

Time for a bigger and better Food Truck Friday at the Central Bucks Family YMCA, with more trucks, more music, and everything more spread out. There’s some new stuff happening at this event, with live entertainment from School of Rock, Lolly and Yoyo and Lima Bean Riot. Obviously check out the array of food trucks like Mac Mart, Surf and Turf, Oink and Moo BBQ, and Pizza Wagon, to name a few. But what’s new about this food truck event? There’s more space, and Doylestown Brewing Co. is back with six taps! Sand Castle Winery will be attending as well. There’s kid-friendly food too, so there’s something for the whole family. See a list of questions you might have here.
