[...] Philly HOT LIST winners in Bucks. The results are in. So far we have two great local eateries who won top places. The Yardley Ice House won 1st place for Water Ice (well, duh). I’m a little annoyed because one of my favorites, Basically Burgers, only got 2nd place for Best Burgers (huh?). Well, it turns out first place went to Five Guys, a chain with several Philadelphia area locations, including Doylestown. Not fair. Five Guys is good, but it’s not Basically Burgers. As always, great article. This is one of my favorite spots in Doylestown. I’ve been to the new place a few times since it opened, and it’s the same great burgers, same great service, same friendly faces, but much more space and much better location. How can you ask for more??? It’s great to see these guys back up and running again.
