		<description>I have a favorite for just this time of year...wine stew.  

I am always tweaking it one way or another but take a pound of good stew beef, add mushrooms, onions, carrots, potatoes, rosemary, thyme, bay leave, ground cloves, cup sweet vermouth, some beef consomme, and slow roast it for 3 hours....the smell, alone will have you bundled up with a great glass of wine, a good book, a hunk of bread, and of course the fire place.  Snow?  What snow!  Snow is just a beautiful view out my window!</description>
