		<description>I made the acorn squash dish above for our Thanksgiving today. I bought the stuff only last night, and I&#039;ve never baked a squash before. It was delicious and ridiculously easy.  We baked the seeds too and snacked on them. Thanks for the recipes. I want to try that squash soup too.</description>
